Thanks to Shaun McGuire we have a space to build our first St Ayles skiff. To the rear of the Harbour Master’s office Harbour Row we are constructing a roof on existing gable end walls. All this is being done by volunteers; labourers and skilled workers. Shaun Thomson, working in all weathers, showing us how it’s done climbing on the gable ends. Lee Bradley, Jon Martin, Dave Norwood, Brian Till, Chris Harrison, Pete Chilton, Jack Wallace, volunteer holidaymakers, Jannine and Vikki all working together to get the roof on. Thanks to Miles and Jinxy for loaning scaffolding. We could not have got up there without it. Thank you to Craig for donating the door.
